As a business that takes COVID-19 (and people’s lives) very seriously, we made sure to have a safe, in-person consultation with the client in order to guage what they wanted for the space, and how to ensure the parklet accommodated safe dining. We then applied for a permit from the city of Oakland and worked within those coding guidelines.
